One person who knows your brand, and answers the phone
Promotional products are easy to buy and hard to buy well. We built Crest Promos around the part most suppliers skip: a real person who learns your brand, tells you the truth about what will work, and stays on the job until the boxes are open.
We'll get back to you within 1 business hour.
What personal service actually means here
Plenty of suppliers say it. This is what it looks like on a Tuesday afternoon when your order is due Friday.
You deal with one person
Not a ticket queue, not whoever picks up. Your account manager has your logo files, your Pantones, your size list and your delivery quirks on file. When you call, they already know the job.
We tell you what won't work
If a logo won't embroider cleanly at that size, if a cheap bottle will leak, if the colour won't match on that fabric: you hear it before you order, not after. Saying no early is part of the service.
Every item is proofed
You see a digital proof of your artwork on the actual product, in the actual colours, before production starts. Nothing is a surprise when the box opens.
We plan the year with you
Conferences, EOFY, onboarding, Christmas. Ordering once against a calendar instead of four times in a hurry means better product, fewer setup fees and no rush freight.
We hold the stock
Uniform programs, onboarding kits and event packs are held here and shipped as you need them. Your admin team sends a headcount; a box arrives.
Problems get fixed, fast
Things occasionally go wrong in manufacturing. What matters is what happens next. We own it, we tell you immediately, and we make it right at our cost.
Above and beyond is just the job
A few things we've done in the last twelve months that weren't on the quote. We don't think they're remarkable. Our clients do.
A freight depot closed early. The expo opened Monday at 8am. Our account manager picked it up and delivered it herself.
The only file a client had was a 200px JPG from an old website. We rebuilt it as a vector and sent it back for them to keep.
A size list arrived late and wrong. We re-sorted every pack to the corrected list the night before dispatch.
They wanted 2,000 of an item their audience wouldn't keep. We suggested 500 of something better. They reordered.
Industry experience you can borrow
We've supplied hi-vis that had to pass a mine site induction, scrubs that had to survive industrial laundering, settlement gifts that had to arrive the morning of handover, and orientation packs for three intakes a year across four campuses. Each sector has rules, calendars and failure modes of its own, and we've learned most of them the hard way so you don't have to.
That experience shows up in small ways. We'll ask which hi-vis class your sites require before quoting. We'll suggest heat transfer instead of embroidery where stitching would perforate reflective tape. We'll tell a real estate agency which gift box their clients will actually photograph. We'll know that a school's order needs to land the week before O-week, not the week of.
It also shows up in the names we work with: Bayer, Meta, JCDecaux, Nutrien, White Claw and amps trust us with their brand on everything from a pen to a pallet of uniforms. We'd like to earn yours.
How an order runs with us
Tell us the occasion, the headcount and the date. We'll ask the questions that change the answer.
Good, better, best, each with honest notes on what each one will and won't do. Back within one business day.
You approve artwork on the real product in the real colours. Then, and only then, it goes to the decorator.
Packed to your list, tracked to each site, and a call afterwards to make sure it landed as it should.
What our customers say
"Same person answers every time and she already has our logo files and our colours. I don't re-explain the job any more."
"They told us not to buy the thing we wanted to buy. Nobody had ever done that. We've ordered from them five times since."
"A freight depot let us down and our account manager drove the pallet to the venue herself. On a Sunday."
